Im Laufe der Jahre haben wir bei Eurocomach mehrere Praktikanten an Bord geholt. Als wir sie bei der Arbeit sahen, fragten wir uns, was unsere Neulinge \u00fcber Bagger, \u00fcber die Art und Weise, wie sie das Unternehmen erleben, sagen w\u00fcrden und vor allem, ob sie sich w\u00e4hrend ihres Studiums jemals vorgestellt h\u00e4tten, eines Tages in einem Unternehmen der Erdbewegungsbranche zu arbeiten. “Students on Board” ist die Rubrik, in der wir vier von ihnen zu Wort kommen lassen, angefangen bei Marianna, einer Studentin der Wirtschafts- und Handelswissenschaften und Praktikantin im Bereich Supply Chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hallo Marianna, erz\u00e4hl uns ein bisschen von dir. Wie weit bist du mit deinem Studium und wie bist du zu Eurocomach gekommen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich bin noch nicht fertig, mir fehlen noch zwei Pr\u00fcfungen. Ich bin f\u00fcr ein au\u00dfercurriculares Praktikum in der Supply-Chain-Abteilung zu Eurocomach gekommen, was ich so nicht erwartet hatte.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Wie l\u00e4uft dieser erste Praktikumsmonat?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es l\u00e4uft wirklich sehr gut, auf unerwartete Weise. Ich m\u00f6chte betonen, dass dieses Praktikum nicht mit der Universit\u00e4t verbunden ist. Ich bin derzeit im Fach Wirtschaftswissenschaften eingeschrieben, w\u00e4hrend mein Praktikum sich auf die Aktivit\u00e4ten der Supply Chain konzentriert. Dieser Job ist das Gegenteil von dem, was ich vorher gemacht habe: In diesem Kontext war ich allein in einem B\u00fcro und habe mich mit Rechnungen und Buchhaltung besch\u00e4ftigt. Ich hatte Angst, der Aufgabe nicht gewachsen zu sein und keinen anderen Job als den vorherigen zu lernen, aber hier habe ich entdeckt, dass der Kontakt mit Menschen und die Zusammenarbeit f\u00fcr mich viel erf\u00fcllender sind. Die Interaktion hilft mir, mich als Teil eines Teams zu f\u00fchlen und meine anf\u00e4nglichen Unsicherheiten zu \u00fcberwinden.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Kannst du uns erkl\u00e4ren, was du machst, was ist deine Rolle?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich bin Teil der Supply Chain, also der “Lieferkette”. Meine Hauptaufgabe ist die Auftragserfassung, basierend auf dem, was die Produktionslinie herstellen kann. Ich arbeite auch viel mit der kaufm\u00e4nnischen Abteilung zusammen, um eventuelle \u00c4nderungen vorzunehmen.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Das Praktikum ist, wie du selbst gesagt hast, nicht direkt mit deinem Studiengang in Wirtschafts- und Handelswissenschaften verbunden. Hast du n\u00fctzliche Konzepte gefunden?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es stimmt, das Praktikum ist nicht obligatorisch, aber ich habe es angenommen, in der Hoffnung, eingestellt zu werden. Im Wirtschaftsstudium lernen wir F\u00e4cher wie Logistik, Lagerbestandsverwaltung und die Bewertung von Best\u00e4nden. Also ja, einige n\u00fctzliche Konzepte habe ich gefunden<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Gab es einen Moment der Schwierigkeit am Anfang, als du diesen Weg begonnen hast?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ja, am Anfang schon. Es gab definitiv die Angst, sich in eine neue Umgebung einzuf\u00fcgen und es nicht zu schaffen, Arbeit und Studium zu vereinbaren. Wenn man den ganzen Tag an etwas gearbeitet hat und nach Hause kommt, um sich auf B\u00fccher zu konzentrieren, die von einem v\u00f6llig anderen Thema handeln, ist das nicht einfach. Aber langsam schaffe ich es.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Hast du dich als Frau jemals an einem gewissen Punkt in einem metallverarbeitenden Unternehmen fehl am Platz gef\u00fchlt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dort, wo ich vorher gearbeitet habe, einem sehr kleinen Unternehmen, war ich die einzige Frau. Eine meiner Aufgaben hier ist die \u00c4nderung von technischen Datenbl\u00e4ttern, was mich oft dazu bringt, mich mit der Produktion auszutauschen und physisch zur betreffenden Maschine zu gehen, um das Blatt zu \u00e4ndern. Ich erinnere mich gut an den ersten Tag, an dem ich die Produktionslinie betrat, und ich war \u00fcberrascht: Es waren alles Frauen!
